Async sells digital products such as eBooks, templates, source code, courses and other downloadable files. We are based at [business address].

4. Orders & payment
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
- An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully captured.
- On successful payment, the product is added to your account library for download.
5. Licence & permitted use
On purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your personal or business use as described on the product page. Unless explicitly stated, you may not:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the product or its files with third parties;
- claim the product as your own original work;
- use the product for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including products, text, graphics, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of intellectual-property rights to you.
7. Refunds & cancellations

Delivery of digital products is electronic and immediate after payment, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
