Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on Async, operated by Async. Because we sell digital products that are delivered and accessible immediately after payment, please read this policy carefully before buying.
1. Nature of products
All items sold are digital goods (downloadable files, access to digital content, or licences). Once a purchase is completed, the product is delivered instantly to your account library and is available for download.
2. Cancellations
As digital products are delivered immediately, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successful and the product has been delivered or downloaded. If you have not yet downloaded the product and wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we will review your request.
3. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be satisfied. We will consider a refund in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- The product is faulty, corrupted, or significantly different from its description, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- You were charged but the product was never delivered to your account and we cannot resolve the delivery.
Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as: change of mind, the product not meeting personal expectations beyond its description, lack of required skills/software to use the product, or having already downloaded/used the product without a genuine defect.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase via our Contact page or email priyanshu@asyncweb.org, with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue (including screenshots if relevant).
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's timelines. We will mark the order as refunded once initiated.
