Shipping & Delivery Policy

Async sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping involved — nothing is mailed or couriered to you.

1. Digital delivery

• Immediately after your payment is successfully processed by Razorpay, the purchased product is added to your account library.
• You can download your product at any time from your library after signing in.
• A confirmation is shown on screen once payment succeeds.

2. Delivery time

Delivery is instant in almost all cases. In rare situations (for example, a delayed payment confirmation from the bank), access may take a few minutes. If your payment is debited but the product does not appear in your library, please wait a few minutes and refresh, then contact us if the issue persists.

3. Accessing your purchase

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open My Library from the menu.
3. Click Download next to your purchased product.

You may re-download your products from your library as needed, subject to these terms.

4. Delivery issues

If you experience any problem receiving or downloading your product, contact us through our Contact page or email priyanshu@asyncweb.org with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will resolve delivery problems promptly.

5. International availability

As products are digital, they can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees (₹).
